Rose City Fence & Deck ("we," "us") operates a free service that connects Portland-metro homeowners with licensed local fence and deck contractors. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us in our estimate-request form: your name, contact details (phone and/or email), ZIP code, and project details (fence or deck, material, size, timeline).
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (e.g., IP address, device/browser type) and analytics about how you use the site.
How we use it
- To connect you with a contractor. When you submit the form, we share your request with one (1) vetted, licensed local contractor we match to your project so they can provide you with a free estimate.
- To operate, improve, and secure the site.
- To contact you about your request.
Who we share it with
We share your request only with the one licensed contractor we match you with for the purpose of quoting your project. We do not sell your information to data brokers, advertisers, or anyone outside that purpose. The contractor is an independent business; once they contact you, their own privacy practices apply.
Consent to be contacted (TCPA)
By submitting the form, you agree that we and the contractor we match you with may contact you about your project by phone call, text message (SMS), and email at the number and address you provide, including by autodialed or prerecorded means where applicable. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts or asking to be removed.
